The 68 cm-wide handlebar and sturdy Ahead stem make it easy to handle on rough terrain. Since this is a hardtail, a suspension fork with plenty of travel is essential. The Suntour XCT30 sits beneath the cockpit and offers 100 mm of travel. It is equipped with robust steel springs that provide linear suspension performance.

The 24-speed Shimano Altus drivetrain makes shifting easy and offers a wide gear range. Disc brakes are a must for any MTB! For reliable braking, this bike is equipped with M2 CLARKS hydraulic disc brakes. To provide even greater braking power, the front brake rotor is larger (180 mm) than the rear one (160 mm). Disc brakes are the right choice for frequent riders because braking does not wear down the rim sidewalls. This saves you from having to replace the wheels; you only need to replace the brake pads and brake rotors. Disc brakes offer their most important advantage in bad weather, such as rain and mud: they work better than conventional rim brakes. This bike is also up to date: the disc brakes use a Centerlock mount, which allows for faster replacement than a conventional 6-bolt mount.

If you want to go faster and feel more stable, get this “29er.” Thanks to their larger wheels, 29-inch MTBs have a larger contact patch, which means more grip. Compared with smaller wheels, they roll more easily, maintain their speed for longer, and reduce the risk of skidding in corners.

This bike is delivered 98% pre-assembled. Only the handlebars and pedals need to be attached. Final assembly to make the bike ready to ride must be carried out by a qualified person.
